Purdue's frontcourt duo of Caleb Swanigan and Isaac Haas dominated in the paint against a Wisconsin team that failed to get anything going on the offensive end of the court.
Swanigan, who is one of the top players in the nation, led all scorers with 18 points. He also added 13 rebounds to pick up a double-double. Haas scored 13 points off the bench for Matt Painter's side.
Wisconsin pulled within six points at halftime, but the Badgers could not sustain any efficiency from the field, as they shot 39 percent from the field.
The Boilermakers pulled away in the second half with a 12-0 run that was kickstarted by a pair of huge jump shots from Ryan Cline. After the run ended, Swanigan and Haas were able to close out the contest by continuing their dominant play in the paint.
Swanigan and Haas helped Purdue shoot 52.2 percent from the field. The Badgers were led by Ethan Happ, who scored 17 points while dealing with the length of the Purdue pair.
