'Sports Illustrated' Unveils Covers for 2016 March Madness

March Madness is officially upon us.

For college basketball teams, that means the chase for a championship is on. For fans, it means it's time to fill out brackets. And for the media, it means it's time to step up their coverage.

Sports Illustrated got off to a strong start, as usual, with its NCAA tournament preview covers:

Through the years, the magazine has opted to go with collages to include as many people (and mascots) on the cover as possible. Those covers may have been more appealing to the general public, but there's no denying that this year's simple look is sharp.
