Lauren Hill Receives the Honor of Appearing on Wheaties Box

Kyle NewportNov 6, 2014

Mount St. Joseph freshman Lauren Hill was able to live her dream over the weekend by playing in her first college basketball game, and that appearance has led to a great honor.

Hill was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer last November and has received a lot of support from around the country since her story went viral in October. When she scored for Mount St. Joseph over the weekend, it was the moment everyone had been waiting for.

Fresh off her big game, Hill received the honor of being featured on a Wheaties box.
