It's probably easy to guess which college basketball programs are the most hated around the United States, but thanks to one Redditor, kmhokies35, we have a state-by-state breakdown.

We have already seen which college football teams earned the distinction. (Note: NFL, MLB, NBA, CFB can be seen here.) Now, we have a look at which college basketball programs get the nod.

Off the top of your head, you could guess that Duke and Kentucky would be the leading vote-getters. After that, there are a lot of mixed results.

It's no surprise Kansas is the most disliked team in Big 12 country. The Jayhawks' dominance of the conference in recent years has many Big 12 fans frustrated.

There weren't too many surprises from the results; the traditional powers received a lot of hate, and most states went with their regional rivals.

However, why does Wyoming hate Ohio State so much? Could it be a result of the 1986 National Invitation Tournament final?
