Week 13 Fantasy Rankings: Quarterbacks Who Will Keep the Points Coming
Week 13 is going to be a good week for quarterbacks.
Of course, every week is a good week for quarterbacks. While not quite as awesome as running backs, quarterbacks are pretty awesome. They can rack up fantasy points in a hurry, and all it takes is a simple flick of their wrists.
At this point in the season, we all know who the heavy hitters are. In taking stock of the matchups on tap this weekend, I have a feeling that most of them are going to be hitting as heavy as ever.

Every Team's Ideal 1st-Round Pick 👌
To give you an idea, here are five quarterbacks that are going to be producing plenty of points this weekend. You should be able to recognize their names.
5. Eli Manning, New York Giants
The Giants have all sorts of problems these days, but Eli Manning is not one of them. He's been outstanding all season, and he deserves to be called elite.
Manning and the Giants have themselves a tough matchup on hand against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, but Manning should be in for a good day. The Packers have the league's No. 31 pass defense, and you can rest assured that Manning is going to be called on to throw the ball a lot seeing as how the Giants have to keep up with Aaron Rodgers.
You can expect an interception or two, but Manning will get enough throws and will generate enough points to offset them.
Projection: 380 yards passing, two TDs, two INTs.
4. Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints
Drew Brees just made his owners very happy on Monday night, as he helped the Saints blow out the Giants with five total touchdowns.
Performances like these are almost par for the course when Brees and the Saints play at home, and that's good news seeing as how they will be at home against the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. It helps that the Lions are not going to have Ndamukong Suh to help them out, as he will be sitting out with a suspension.
Still, I think it's reasonable to expect Brees to take at least a small step back on Sunday night. He can't be brilliant every game, and the Lions have an underrated pass defense.
Projection: 320 yards passing, three TDs, one INT.
3. Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos
Yup, I'm putting Tim Tebow ahead of Drew Brees. And for good reason.
With the offense the Broncos are running, Tebow is not about to pile up heaps of passing yards. However, we know the rushing yards are going to be there, and Tebow has a knack for finding the end zone. It doesn't matter whether or not he gets there via the air, the ground or both.
For what it's worth, the Minnesota Vikings have a dreadful pass defense. That's probably neither here nor there considering how inaccurate Tebow is with his throws, but I figure it can't hurt.
Projection: 175 yards passing, one TD; 70 yards rushing, one TD.
2. Tom Brady, New England Patriots
You can be excused if you take Tom Brady for granted. Goodness knows he's made it easy to take him for granted.
On Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, you can expect Brady to do his thing. He's playing very good football right now, and the Colts haven't been playing very good football all year (an understatement). Their offensive ineptitude will ensure Brady spends a lot of time on the field, and we know that Bill Belichick isn't going to hold anything back.
Oh by the way, the Colts are going to be testing out a new defensive coordinator in this game. Good luck, Mike Murphy.
Projection: 320 yards passing, four TDs.
1. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
Honestly, it's hard to put anyone else in this spot week after week. Aaron Rodgers is far and away the best quarterback in the NFL, and he simply hasn't shown any signs of slowing down any time soon.
And Rodgers will keep moving right along against the Giants. Their defense has been torn apart by injuries, and Drew Brees showed us all on Monday night that their secondary is very beatable.
If Brees can beat the Giants defense, then Rodgers can too. Expect him to have no trouble whatsoever, and expect some bonus yards thanks to a duel with Eli Manning.
Projection: 350 yards passing, four TDs.
