Kofi Kingston is part of the tag team champions with Evan Bourne, but his WWE career as a whole has had more ups and downs than a roller coaster trying to prove something.

Kingston has held the US, IC and Tag titles in his WWE tenure, but the WWE and World title have always eluded him. His closest brush with the main event picture in WWE came when he and Randy Orton had a feud that began after Kofi destroyed a car which had been painted with Orton's likeness. The two had a couple of matches, but Orton soon moved back to the main event matches and Kofi left Raw for SmackDown.

Kingston is a popular babyface who has never really moved beyond his character in WWE. He is still the guy who used to have a Jamaican accent.

He is talented in the ring, although sometimes clumsy with his high-flying moves, and his mic skills are bland at best.

Kingston has potential, which he needs to focus in order to succeed in WWE. He needs to work more on his mat wrestling ability to complement his high-flying moves.

He can only improve on the mic by continuing to try, but WWE has not given him much to work with the last several months.

Perhaps a heel turn is in order to freshen him up a little.

I would have a hard time imagining Kofi as a bad guy, but having him change only so he can change back a few months later could be helpful to him.

Kingston needs to realize what his weak points are and focus on improving those. If he continues to perform the same six moves in every match, then he will never move beyond his current spot.

What do you think Kofi needs to do in order to become a main eventer in WWE?
