Michael Cole's Rumored New Job: Is He the New Bobby Heenan?
In the midst of WWE's "Black Friday" of superstar releases, a positive report has emerged.
According to WrestlingInc.com, Michael Cole may be adding WWE manager to his resume. The article stated:
""There was some talk in creative meetings at this week's TV tapings that Michael Cole may become a heel manager due to fans absolutely hating him these days. It should be noted that should Cole manage heels who are need of a roster boost, he'd still likely commentate as well."

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
This would be a nice shot in the arm for the WWE as many current wrestlers are in dire need of a mouthpiece. Cole is the perfect man to lead the charge of heel managers.
He already has a ton of heat amongst fans and I would almost liken him to Bobby "The Brain" Heenan. Cole has a mind for the business and could clearly get guys like Drew McIntyre over with the crowd and on his way to stardom.
The ideal situation for Cole would to have wrestlers from both brands under his wing. This would increase the odds of giving one of them not only a title shot, but possible reign as well. If Cole plays his cards right he could rank amongst the greatest managers of all time.
Ideally, Cole would pick up McIntyre and two other singles wrestlers along with one tag team. The Usos are pretty hot right now, and aside of their dancing and in-ring ability, they are pretty much dead on the mic. Cole could easily make them a dominant heel team that lets their wrestling do the talking.
John Morrison would also be a nice complement to the Cole faction. Morrison is now without a valet or manager and lets face it—he is a bore on the mic. Cole could be just what Morrison needs to get him to the top.
The final piece of the puzzle, could be Mason Ryan. Since Nexus is now defunct, Ryan is now without a faction or storyline.
His size alone is intimidating and since he has not really established himself, he could easily fall in line as "the enforcer" of the group.
Let me know what you think; would Cole help or hinder wrestlers as their manager?
