2025 Draft Picks Ready For Leap šø
Round One, Pick 7
S Eric Berry, Tennessee
Berry is a playmaker and game-changer.Ā The Browns should trade down if he is not available.Ā Look for another possible Eagles deal to move up and get CJ Spiller forĀ Philly's first and a fourth and fifth perhaps.
Round Two, Pick 38
QB Colt McCoy, Texas
Holmgren goes for quarterback of the future NOW.Ā
Round Three, Pick 72
WR Taylor Price, Ohio University
A sharp and precise route runner with great speed (4.41), he is needed in the West Coast offense.
Round Three, Pick 86 (from Oakland for Kamerion Wimbley)
SS Darrell Stuckey, Kansas
Stuckey is an explosive tackler with good size and speed.Ā His only real weakness is in man coverage.Ā
Round Three, Pick 93
CB Kevin Thomas, USC
Another draft board climber with decent size (6'0", 192) for a corner and good speed with a 4.48 40-yard dash time.
Round Five, Pick 136
DT Linval Joseph, East Carolina
A massive DT at 350 lbs., Joseph needs to work on endurance.Ā But his explosiveness off the snap when he's fresh will occupy double teams.Ā This is helpful in the 3-4.
Round Five, Pick 148
DE C.J. Wilson, East Carolina
Quick off the snap with active hands, great strength, and impeccable tackling and technique, Wilson is on the smallish side for DE in 3-4, but still has decent size and speed.
Round Five, Pick 162
OG Marshall Newhouse, TCU
Combine performance has him moving up the boards.Ā He has great size at 6'4" and 318 lbs. and a good first step in run blocking.Ā He needs to work on pulling and trapping and his pass blocking needs more consistent slide step to seal off edge rushes.
Round Six, Pick 180
CB Myron Lewis, Vanderbilt
He has good size and speed for a corner (6'2" and 4.48 40-yard dash time), but he needs work in transition.Ā With good reads and reactions, and with the size and strength to jam receivers at the line, he will make a good open-field tackler and will be good in run support.
Round Six, Pick 189
RB Andre Dixon, Connecticut
A slow 40-yard dash time at the Combine dropped his value on the draft board, but he could be a sleeper pick in Round Six.
