It was a typical Beast Modeian moment from Lynch, whose soccer gear also consisted of an unconventional socks-and-sandals combo. The game brought a number of celebrities together, including Lynch and Chad Johnson, to benefit charitable efforts of former Sounders player Steve Zakuani.
Lynch was a natural fit for the game, given his unpredictable nature and popularity in Seattle. The 31-year-old made four Pro Bowls in a Seahawks uniform and helped lead them to a Super Bowl XLVIII victory before retiring in 2016. He'll return next season after a one-year absence with his hometown Raiders.
If the Raiders are smart, they'll take their cues from this video and always hand Lynch the ball near any goal—football or otherwise.
