Barcelona Transfer News: Latest on Munir El-Haddadi and Carlos Bacca Rumours
Barcelona prodigy Munir El-Haddadi has admitted he doesn't know if his future lies at the Camp Nou after the club's search to land a new striker.
Gabriel Sans of Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo (h/t Dermot Corrigan of ESPN FC) reported Barca have turned their intentions to AC Milan hitman Carlos Bacca as they broaden their catchment.
Juan Jimenez of AS (h/t Corrigan) reported Sevilla's Kevin Gameiro and Atletico Madrid's Luciano Vietto and Angel Correa have been linked with a switch to Catalonia, as well as Palmeiras talent Gabriel Jesus and veteran strikers Mario Gomez and Robin van Persie.

Moises Llorens of AS (h/t Corrigan) quoted Munir speaking about the potential incoming talent to challenge the squad, and he admitted he is unsure about his destiny:
"The forward who comes in will bring many good things. If a No. 9 arrives we will talk with the coach about what will happen. I don't know what the club will decide. What I want is to get playing time, whether on the wing or at centre-forward. If I was at another team, and Barca wanted me, I would come headlong. I am not thinking about leaving, but if the club suggests it we will think about it.
"

The 20-year-old faces isolation on the Barca bench if manager Luis Enrique expands his attacking options. Colombia star Bacca would offer the team a focal point in attack if Luis Suarez is unavailable, further pushing Munir out of the picture for a starting berth.
Bacca has previously had great success in La Liga as a regular goalscorer for Sevilla before his move to the San Siro.
The forward was once again in prolific form last term, scoring 18 goals in 38 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri, according to WhoScored.com.
Here is a video of Bacca in action:
Journalist Rafael Hernandez believes the Blaugrana will strengthen their reserve options, but Munir will remain under Enrique's guidance:
Barca appeared devoid of depth at times last season, and they paid for it in the UEFA Champions League despite powering home to win La Liga once more.
Munir is one of the brightest talents in Spanish football, but his lack of game time will hinder his development and his suitability to deputise for Lionel Messi, Suarez or Neymar.

Bacca is an experienced campaigner, and he might be tempted to the Camp Nou at this stage of his career. However, he will have to accept a much reduced playing role that he is currently unaccustomed to.
According to Corrigan, Munir recently penned a new deal to stay with Barcelona, tying him to the club until 2019—with the contract including a release clause of €60 million.
There is still plenty of development to come from the Madrid-born youngster, but his needs might be best served elsewhere with a loan move to accumulate minutes under his belt.
