Beverley Comments on Recovery, Potential Playoff Return
Monday, April 13
Mark Berman of MyFoxHouston.com provided a statement from Beverley discussing a potential return to the Rockets during the playoffs:
"Very strong possibility. Very strong. Let's hope everything goes right.
I don't care about the pain. I can play through pain. I've been playing through all type of stuff the whole year, so I can play with the pain. I just have to get this cast off. When the cast comes off May 18, May 20th, wrap it up with tape and (I'll) be good to go. I don't care how weak it is. I don't care how strong it is. I don't care about that.
As soon as this cast is off I'm back to business.
Time is not really on my side right now. Hopefully, the Rockets, we do what we need to do and hopefully I'll be back at the end of the playoffs.

Beverley Has Surgery, in a Cast for 10 Weeks
Wednesday, April 8
Beverley posted a picture on Instagram of his arm in a cast:
On March 31, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reported Beverley will be in a cast for 10 weeks after his successful surgery.
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports reported it would be a four-month recovery period for the guard.
The Rockets are lucky enough to have Dwight Howard back in the fold as the season approaches its final stretch, but losing any more depth could prove detrimental in the loaded Western Conference. Beverley gave Houston another three-point threat in the backcourt alongside James Harden and helped space the floor on offense.
