WWE: Is Kevin Nash the Most Useless Superstar They Have?
Back in the 1990's Kevin Nash was without question a main event superstar and helped put World Championship Wrestling in a position to contend with the WWE through his time as a member of The Outsiders, nWo and nWo Wolfpac. That's all well and good, but here in 2011 it seems that the WWE just doesn't seem to know what to do with Nash's character.
The wrestling rumor mill has thrown out the possibility that the WWE creative team at one point was debating if they needed to give a sort of background for Nash so the younger fans would know who he is, and they attempted to do so whenever himself and Triple H would talk about the old days of wrestling.

The issue creative seems to have is that they understand there are fans who still don't really know who Nash is, while the older generation fanbase knows who he is and continue to wonder why he's still in the business.
It just seemed like when they decided to really put the man formerly known as Diesel onto the roster full time that the only two people he could work with were Triple H or CM Punk due to the rivalry that began with those two some months ago.
However, neither situation has happened, with Nash making a name for himself by "sidelining" Triple H, and now we see CM Punk in the title match tomorrow night at Survivor Series, so what is there for the former WCW champion to do?
It's difficult to market a superstar who some fans have known for decades while others are just learning who he is and with no old foes of Nash still on the roster for him to feud with. He just seems to have very little direction character wise right now, I mean he's not even on the card for arguably one of the top three pay-per-views of the year for this company.
Perhaps we'll see Nash jump Punk and start that rivalry up again, or jump someone else even but fans have seen him do nothing but jump people for far too long. It's time for all the fans to see if Nash still has the ability to wrestle a match, and find someone for him to feud with before the WWE Universe decides to write off the veteran wrestler as irrelevant.
