At this weekend's house shows, WWE officials had Tito Colon team up with his cousin Primo to take on the Usos in tag team matches.
Tito has been in the developmental system for a while and it looks like they might be ready to bring him up to the main roster.
Rumors circulated last year when Carlito was still with WWE that Primo, Carlito and Tito would form a stable, but those plans changed when Carlito was released.
Primo has been almost invisible in the WWE since Carlito was let go, so this could be his chance to get back into the spotlight.
I always thought Primo had more upside than most rookies in WWE. He has a great look, in-ring style and enough mic skills to justify putting him on TV.
Tito is less familiar to WWE fans so it will be interesting to see how the Colons fare with the other WWE tag teams.
WWE has made a slight effort to revive the tag team division with the teams of Air Boom, Awesome Truth and Ziggler & Swagger. The Usos have had some random appearances but not much over the last year.
WWE made a huge mistake in my opinion by releasing DH Smith as he and Tyson Kidd were WWE's most popular tag team while they were together. Having them compete against The Usos or The Colons would be cool since their families have all fought each other in the past.
The Colons could bring a little bit of excitement into the tag team division, but that is if WWE actually lets tag teams have a fair shot at success.
The Usos are talented and have the most entertaining entrance of any WWE stars and with their family background, having them feud with Tito and Primo could make for some interesting television.
Tito has been impressive in FCW, according to reports, so hopefully it is only a matter of time until we see them together on Raw or SmackDown.
It is also possible they will factor into tonight's tag title match. We will have to wait and see.
What do you think of the possibility of Primo and Tito teaming up?
