Tenth Article—What a Wonderful Feeling!
Salaar Shamsi recently reached the milestone of 200 articles. Bob Warja reached 100 shortly before that.
But now, now I've reached the mark much more important than 200, and much less 100.
Ten.

Offseason Moves for Every Team š
Yes, readers of Bleacher Report, this is my tenth article for the lovely site since I joined a short 16 days ago. Ever since my first article, I've been anxiously awaiting this dayāthe day after the MLB All Star Game, that is, which happened to coincide with my tenth article.
Ten.
Ten is the number worn by both Pele and Diego Maradona.
It's the number of no-hitters thrown by Nolan Ryan, minus three.
It's the number of ears that Roger Clemens has, minus seven.
It's the amount of passing yards amassed by Brett Favre, plus 61,645.
In the year 10 AD, Wang Mang forbade the use of crossbows.
It's the number of National Championships the Texas Longhorns will win this year, minus nine.
It's the only two-digit number that I know of to start with a one and end in a zero.
Ten years ago, the Netherlands won the Men's World Cup in field hockey; Spain won the gold medal in the European Championships in handball; and Jeff King won the Iditarod.
So I want to take the time to thank you, the reader, for the glorious past 16 days and the previous nine articles of which I have composed.
Oh, and here's one more statistic about the number ten:
Ten is the amount of stars this tenth article of mine shall receiveādivided by two, of course.
But that is irrelevant to the point, in any case.
