Damian Lillard Apparently Wants Paul George on Trail Blazers

It appears Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard would welcome Indiana Pacers forward Paul George to the Northwest.

While Lillard didn't directly comment on the matter via social media or any other platform Thursday, he did retweet a request from a fan hoping that the two will play alongside each other in Portland starting this fall.

George will likely become a free agent after the 2017-18 season thanks to an opt out in his contract, and he was recently linked with the Los Angeles Lakers, per Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

It looks like Lillard would rather play with George than against him.
