Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg said Mirotic will play against Houston on Saturday, per K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune.

How Mirotic Impacts Bulls

Mirotic spent a vast majority of his rookie campaign coming off the bench for Chicago. He's become a little more involved in his second season, especially at the offensive end, after stepping into the starting lineup at times alongside Pau Gasol.

On the injury front, he's remained mostly durable since making the jump to the NBA from Spain. He appeared in all 82 of the team's regular-season games last year. The forward did suffer a concussion earlier in the current campaign, though.

Mirotic has proved himself as a good fit with the Bulls, and they will be happy to get his offensive versatility back in the lineup as they continue to push for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
