Martin Brundle Makes a 44-Turn Ultimate F1 GP Track, Recreated in Scalextric
It's one thing to devise a dream Formula One track, but it's another level altogether to turn it into a giant Scalextric trackโbut that's precisely what Sky F1 commentator Martin Brundle has done ahead of the 2015 season.
Brundle's 44-turn circuit is a giant, featuring at least one corner from every grand prix on this year's calendar.ย

Many people will have had the toys as children, but this is on a different scale. According to the company, the model is nine metres wide and long:
"A team of experts from Scalextric HQ, and track builders Corporate Layouts have been hard at work at Sky Sports' studios this week, building a massive 177 track pieces into a complex circuit measuring 45 metres long.
"
If you're going to try to recreate it yourself, you might need to clear some space in your garage.
