Manny Pacquiao Finds Himself in Heap of Financial Trouble
It sounds like the star boxer needs to pick up another fight in order to pay his off his debt.
According to TMZ, Pacquiao is reportedly $649,016.95 in debt to his accountants. That's right; he owes money to the people who are managing his finances. Usually accountants are stealing money from their clients, not the other way around.
Rumor has it that Pacquiao sucks at paying his taxes, and had to call in some accountants to help him get everything corrected. Here is what TMZ had to say about the situation,

The accountants claim they straightened out his money problems—and even let Pacquiao borrow some cash—but Manny never paid them back and totally ignored the bill.
TZM explains that they got everything straightened out, but Pacquiao had to borrow money from the accountants. He then decided that he wasn't going to pay the accountants back, so they have filed a lawsuit.
This is absolutely uncalled for from someone like Pacquiao. He is the golden boy of boxing; he always acts like the good guy, while both the media and the fans make Floyd Mayweather out to be the villain.
Nobody is perfect, but if Pacquiao is borrowing that type of money, he had better find the funds to pay it off, even if that means fighting Mayweather under Money's terms.
The payday would be enormous, and Manny would have no problem repaying his debt back to his accountants. It's obvious that Pacquiao isn't exactly the best at handling his expenses, so he shouldn't be burning bridges with the accountants who helped him turn this situation around.
Looks like Pacquiao might be making a few court appearances in the upcoming months. He's not so different from Mayweather after all.
On the bright side for Pacquiao fans, at least he still looks good in the ring.
