WWE Releases Wrestling Talent: Stop Burning Your Bridges!
This is going to be more of a public service announcement over anything. If you enjoy sitting on Twitter all day and chiming off, I am not sure this column is for you.
To me—it is pointless, and it will get you nowhere. Of course, I am talking about a select few people out there. Once WWE fires you, take it like a man (or woman)! Do not jump onto Twitter and tell everyone about how "underused" you were.
Do not talk about how John Cena purposely broke your arm or that "the man" is holding you down. It is beyond petty, and it really kills any chance of returning to WWE down the line.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Yeah, some have vented and been brought back, but at what price? A pay cut? Tons of losses waiting for them as punishment? I do not even want to get started on Matt Hardy and his Twitter/Youtube accounts.
Just all these things that can such a great tool for advancing a career. Look at Daniel Bryan right now! Just opened up and YouTube page, and he has been having a great time with it so far. he is showing some personality for once, something he is going to need BIG TIME coming April 1st, 2012.
What was Bryan's first entry? Joking about how he was going to "bury" everyone. Every talent (past, present or future) should watch that video! It was a big "F-U" to all the whiners out there when you lose your job.
Is Bryan 100 percent happy with his position on the card? Maybe, maybe not. Was he unhappy at times? Probably, but he isn't going off on rants about this or that. He is interacting will all of his great fans and being respectful to the company signing his checks week in and week out.
Quick two more example: Gail Kim and Masters.
Gail Kim rolls out of the ring by herself during a battle royal, walks to the back and quits! yeah, real professional act there. Was she happy with her spot? No. Are others in the company? Probably not.
I do not see Kozlov, Trent, JTG or others laying down in the middle of the ring, and saying "cover me", then quitting. Act like a professional please!
If you want to quit, be a professional and do it behind the scenes. Not on Twitter and/or in the ring! Gail, you are much better than that, it pains me to be typing this out, but that was horrible way to leave WWE.
Now, WWE will make you sit out your contract until you re-join TNA, then what? Nothing. WWE is not going to take another look at you, and that is too bad.
On the flip side, Masters! A guy with loads of talent and has improved a million times over since 2005? He was fired, did some interviews, said he was disappointed, might join TNA, and took a few shots at some WWE talent.
Fine—vent a little. That is cool, but he also realizes that he is young enough where he could (and probably will) end up back on WWE's radar down the road.
Thank them for the time. Vent a little and move on. No problem...
Sorry for the negative notes today! As most know, I try to be as positive as can be, but the constant "Former WWE talent takes shot at company" headlines are getting tiresome. They really are...
