WWE Money in the Bank: 5 Reasons Brie Bella Will Win the Divas Title From Kelly

Brie Bella and her twin sister Nikki Bella were signed to WWE developmental contracts in 2007.

Brie debuted in 2008 on the 29th of August edition Smackdown as a fan favorite. In her first sinles match, she defeated Victoria and soon after became involved in a feud with Victoria and Natalya.

Victoria was angered and confused as to why she could not defeat Brie only to find out that Brie would escape under the ring halfway through the match, and her identical twin sister Nikki Bella would replace her in the ring. Eventually

Victoria found out, and the twins wrestled Victoria and Natalya in a tag team match, in which the Bellas won. 

In November Brie and Nikki became the centres of the rivalry between The Colons, John Morrison, and The Miz.

The twins were caught up in a six-way, double love triangle. 

Shortly after the feud ended, the twins were sent to the Raw roster as a part of the 2009 supplemental draft. However, they were then drafted to the ECW brand in June 2009. Later that year they were sent back to Raw as a part of the tri-branded divas trade.

The twins had switched between brands three times in six months, as creative teams did not know what to do with the tag sisters.

Things picked up for the Divas when they turned heel for the first time in January 2011. Even reluctant fans started to notice the change.

On the April 11th edition of Raw, Brie Bella defeated Eve Torres to win her first WWE Divas Championship, but lost the championship to Kelly Kelly on the June 20th edition after Kelly was voted by the fans to face Brie for the belt.

It has been announced that Brie will get a rematch for the championship at the WWE pay-per-view Money in the Bank, and I thought I would list five reasons why she is likely to win back her belt.

Nikki Bella

Nikki always has Brie’s back, and there is a high chance she come the to pay-per-view!

Orton’s Recent Comments

Because Orton recently made some controversial comments about Kelly Kelly and the WWE's being the PG company they are, the WWE may second guess keeping the belt on Kelly in fear of backlash.

Brie Is Starting to Find Her Place

Turning heel was the best thing for the Bella twins, and Brie is finally starting to find her place in the Divas Division.

The championship will help her credibility. 

Kelly Still Has Room to Improve

Kelly is still young and still learning, and some speculate that she still isn’t ready to carry the championship yet.

There Is More Storyline Potential with the Bellas

Imagine if Nikki switched over during the match and ended up becoming the Divas champion? It would drive Brie insane!

Thus starts a feud with the twins.
