Dana White Twitter War: UFC President Destroys Fedor Fans After Loss to Silva
UFC president Dana White has over 1.3 million followers on his Twitter account, but the always-outspoken White took things to a new level tonight after Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Silva when Emelianenko lost his second fight in a row.
Immediately following the event, White took to Twitter where he proceeded to completely destroy Fedor, Strikeforce and M-1 Global fans.
In fairness to him, White has long said that he believes Fedor is the most overrated fighter on the planet and that he believes that Fedor didn't want to prove himself against the best in the world in the UFC.
Many fans have looked at this talk as just being media talk from White, who obviously has a vested interest in making the UFC look great while the competition look like garbage, but White has also made a point to attempt to bring Fedor into the UFC on countless occasions.
Back in 2009, the UFC and Fedor's management were supposedly very close to a deal that would send the former Pride heavyweight champion to the UFC, but things didn't go as planned.
Since then, Dana White has practically given up, essentially stating that Emelianenko and his management have no intentions of signing with the UFC and that he would rather just promote himself as being an unstoppable monster outside the UFC against lesser competition.
While Fedor lost his previous fight to Fabricio Werdum, there was still a lot of question about whether he just "got caught" or if he was legitimately outclassed by the Brazilian.
Tonight, however, there was no doubt. Fedor was not ready for the freight train that hit him in the form of Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva.
Silva was a borderline top-10 heavyweight going into the fight and the UFC president let everyone know tonight how he truly feels about Fedor when he collectively slapped Fedor fans across the Internet in the mouth with his tweets.
Much like he has done in the past, Dana started things off with a simple ":)" smiley face to let the fans know his emotions. Things got a bit crazy from there.
The following are some of the better tweets Dana White has had from tonight.
Note: censorship where necessary. Dana is always one for a colorful word or two.

And with that, the beating was finally over.
Whether you love him or hate him, agree with him or disagree with him; there's no denying that tonight truly belongs to the UFC and Dana White above all else.
While Fedor will still widely be considered the greatest heavyweight fighter of all time, the UFC will always have in its back pocket that he never proved himself in the Octagon. It hurts, but it's true.
