Why Brian Kendrick could be the next big thing in WWE

Just how quick and how far will The Brian Kendrick rise within the WWE?

I see Brian Kendrick as the next big star. Say what you will about his size. I predict Kendrick will be on level with The Rock and Austin as far as being over with the fans within several years  barring no injuries or unforeseen circumstances. I think Kendrick will be the next Shawn Michael's. I also predict he'll either be champion on Smackdown within the year or by next June be moved to Raw as a top heel.
I'll also go out on a limb and say Kendrick will score a title win at the Unforgiven Scramble Pay Per View.
Even if he only holds the title for minutes it will be a huge boast to his blossoming career.

So why am I so high on the high flyer known now as THE Brian Kendrick?

 

Say what you will about his size, but Brian Kendrick was trained by Shawn Michaels.
That being said I believe Kendrick has what it takes to be the next Shawn Michaels.
If CM PUNK can be champion on Raw and he is considered smaller compared to the likes of Batista and John Cena then surely Kendrick can be champion on Smackdown.

 

The possibilities are endless for Kendrick. He can have feuds with Jeff Hardy.
Which I think would be highly entertaining, seeing they are both wizards in the ring when it comes to aerial arsenal.
Then there's Triple H, even Edge.
Kendrick can easily work great programs with either of them.
I think it would be a great storyline for the possible returning Sid Vicious to return to Smackdown and be Kendrick's new bodyguard.
I think that would take him to the next level.
With Kendrick's new personality, people want to see him get beat up.
He is slowly getting over and is getting fans.
And no one would believe Kendrick can straight up one on one defeat the likes of a Undertaker or Triple H or even Hardy without assistance.
Upping the ante and giving him Sid as his insurance policy could help rocket him to main event status.
It would be even more believable having the likes of Sid helping you in matches.

 

For those who think the thought of Kendrick being a world champion within the next year as far fetched, think about this.
The current roster is battered and bruised with injuries.
Edge needs time off just to recover from his grueling schedule.
Undertaker has come back sooner then expected to have the Hell In The Cell Match with Edge and is said to be hurting with a sore knee.
Jeff Hardy is hurting with an elbow injury.

Not to mention Cena going down with yet another injury on Raw.

WWE needs some fresh faces and blood to carry the load of all the established stars who are now paying the price of their grueling schedule and who refused to take time off sooner then later of fear they would loose their spot to someone else.
That someone else will be Brian Kendrick.

 

Remember Shawn Michaels went to the next level, when he took Big Daddy Cool Diesel as his body guard and started wearing a leather jacket, and turned heel.
The same thing is happening before our very eyes with Kendrick.
If it seems so far fetched, think about this:
Would anyone had believed in 1991-92 when Shawn was still in The Rockers with Marty Jannety that within a year to 2 years he would be one of the most talked about stars around and went from a tag team who had run it's course to a Intercontinental champion to innovator of the Ladder Match by 1994.
And by 1995 Michaels was main eventing Wrestlemania.
Kendrick has already gotten a spot in the main event on a major Pay Per View.
Albeit he's sharing the spot with other wrestlers but that's still pretty impressive.

 

Yes only time will tell what's instore for THE Brian Kendrick, but if he shows an impressive outing at Unforgiven he could well be on his way to the top quicker then anyone could had imagined.
