Here, I will unveil all of the teams in conferences rated No. 13-15, and all of the teams rated No. 21-25.

I don't agree with the Michigan assesment. They wouldn't have won those games on the court if those players had never been at Michigan getting paid. It's not just them, I believe any school with sanctions whether it be Kentucky, Michigan, etc shouldn't have their wins and championships counted in a cheating case, its not a fair playing field. Many great school have won without major sanctions.

A valid point but I still disagree. You can't really go back in time and say what could have happened. How do you know those players wouldn't have still played at Michigan. The point is that those wins still happened, and you can't go back in time. The Michigan program has been successfully penalized and it has hurt their ranking tremendously that they have been out of the tournament for so many years now -- i think that is a sufficient punishment. It's the same type of deal with steroids and the asterisk next to records. I personally believe its ridiculous to discount Barry Bonds records. Not only is there really no proof of if and how often he used steroids, but theres also no proof of how steroids makes baseball players hit home runs. And even if there was --- it still happened, theres no going back in time. You just have to prevent it from happening again in the future -- which is what MLB is trying to do and what the University of Michigan did when they found out about the payment to players.
