Pure Numbers: Ranking The Top 50 College Programs of the Past Decade

Today, it is time to post an unbiased list based simply on a programs winning percentage over the past decade. Much like baseball, the variables are going to be thrown out and statistics will rule the college football world.  

Regardless of conferences, competition, and bowl games, these are the top fifty college programs based on winning percentage since the 2000 season.

Regardless of the level of competition, the Broncos are the most successful program over the past decade in terms of winning percentage.  The program left the Big West conference after the 2000 season, and has dominated the WAC ever since joining.  Boise State recorded at least ten wins in a season, eight times since 2000.
