Welcome to the WWE Times, I'm your writer, Rex Williams and I'd just like to clear one little thing up. Before I get on to that I'd like to thank all of you that take the time to comment on the article, a facility that allows you (the reader) to voice your opinions on my article. With that said, please enjoy the article and I hope it sets the record straight.
Reports of WWE Banning HBK Are Untrue!
Recently, reports surfaced of friction between Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels causing Vince to ban all mention and video footage of Shawn Michaels on any WWE Programme.
Ludicrous, right? Yes it is, but it is also untrue.
And why do I know this? Well, it's simple. Who was featured in the Summerslam Recall two weeks ago?
Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon in a Ladder match, right? So, if they had a falling out and Vince McMahon banned all mention and video footage of Shawn Michaels, why did I see this classic ladder match? The answer is that these reports are false.
If your still unsatisfied, then feel free to watch the Wrestlemania Special on NBC in August and you'll see that these reports are absolutely absurd as Shawn Michaels will be on about 50% of the programme.
However, I must stress that although I have proved reports of WWE banning Shawn from WWE itself, I have neither denied nor defended the claim that Vince and Shawn have fallen out.
It is no secret that Vince and Shawn have had a strained relationship in the past and even though they may of patched things up, I don't doubt Shawn was upset over the way WWE handled the Daniel Bryan situation (a.k.a. Tiegate).
So, I do believe that Vince and Shawn may have shared some words and things may be left in a bad place, but WWE and Shawn are bound together forever.
As I normally do, I encourage you to use the comment section. Perhaps you'd like to put another rumour to bed or maybe you just want another place to comment on the Daniel Bryan situation.
But I would like to pose a question to everyone. If Shawn and Vince have indeed fallen out, do you see Shawn going to a rival organisation? (e.g. TNA, ROH)
Whatever your comment, positive or negative, I accept all. Thanks for reading the WWE Times.
