TNA Results: 7/24/2008

To start off TNA Samoa Joe challenged Booker T to a World Title Match at Hard Justice in the Six Sides of Steel. Booker T counter-challenged Joe by adding weapons and Booker said he would have a contract ready by tonight.

First match started off was a four corners match between Consequences Creed, Jimmy Rave, Johnny Devine, and Eric Young in which Creed won with a pin fall.

After the match Devine and the Rock N' Rave Infection teamed up on Creed but Abyss came in to clear house and save Creed. He was tempted to use a chair but put it down.

Next the "Blueprint" Matt Morgan defeated Corey Chavis in about five minutes.

In the third match Beer Money took on the Motor City Machineguns in a Strap Match. MCG had a new attitude coming into the match saying that they will be honoring their Detroit heritage. That threat did not affect Beer Money as they won the Strap Match.

After the Strap Match Beer Money kept beating on the Motor City Machineguns until LAX came to save them.

Next, Taylor Wilde defended her title against Velvet Sky. The match literally lasted five seconds as Velvet Sky was not paying attention and was rolled up by Taylor Wilde. Veltvet Sky did not think she was ready when Taylor pinned her and demanded that she had a rematch. She got her wish but Taylor beat her again and became the first person to win two matches in under 25 seconds.

This time Angelina Love bribed Taylor Wilde into trying to face Velvet again. Angelina said that she would give Taylor five grand if she came back into the ring and beat Velvet again. By this time you'd think a third time is a charm, but no Taylor won again.

The X-Division title match was up next between Petey Williams and Jay Lethal. Williams would win using the ropes for leverage.

The Main Event came up in it was a pretty good one, a six man elimination tables match between A.J. Syles, Rhino, and Christian against Team 3D and Kurt Angle. First Devon was eliminated by Christian. Then Rhino eliminated himself by missing a gore and going right through the table. Then Team 3D put Christian through a table.

Next Johnny Devine tried to help put Bubba Ray but sprays him with mace and thinking that Devine was A.J., Bubba put Devine through the table and then Bubba get thrown out of the ring through the table outside.

It was down to Angle and A.j. and Styles and A.J. was about to put Angle through a table until Frank Trigg came out and hit A.J. with a kendo stick who was on the top rope. Angle than suplex A.J. through the table.

For the finale Booker T and Samoa Joe signed the contract for the TNA Title at Hard Justice in Six Sides of Steel with a hardcore stipulation. But just as the show ended, the lights went out and Sting's music hit.

The lights turned back on and Samoa Joe was layed out in the middle of the ring and Booker T had Sting's bat in his hands.
