With the draft in our rear views like a bad party we drank too much at, the dolphins in my personal opinion have fallen to 32nd out of 32 teams in this season's off season battle to sure up the super bowl wagon. before the draft picking up Brandon Marshall in my opinion again, whatever its worth, had us still keeping a good pace with a off season that looks like a cold war arms race.

I don't know why America has gotten so soft and namzi panzi...where big Ben cant even go out and enjoy his dollar signs because every wolf cry we hear we come running like nim rods, what happend to freedom of speech and further more what happend to a man being true to himself when his team does blasphemies like ours have done and just did. To not try and cover it up, To not goive us draft grades like B's or even C-'s because we only address one team need with 7 picks, or put nice English over the label when the label reads crap, put fertilizer. So what your telling me Bill is instead of super bowl bound team, we are "rebuilding" and "youthful".

I LOVE BILL PARCELLS no homo, but if he was the one calling the shots this weekend then hes gotta get with AL Davis(Raiders Owner), and ask him what revitilization techniques hes doing because even the cenile old champion went back to "Super Bowl" caliber picks and moves. We certainly missed the memo, letting big name blue chip players slip thru our fingers for what would seem as mediocre picks and talent. Our first round pick, called a "perplexing reach" Garret Odrick is an athletic DT whose not big not small, and had a somewhat pedestrain career at PSU. He is a high motor guy so as i like the player i hate where we picked him. We clearly need safety help, and let taylor mays go thru two rounds before the talented rookie go to the 49ers. Not drafting REAL help for WR, S, CB, RB is gonna be the thorn that might have the dolphins at 4 and 12's side.

Now with players still out there like Matt Price of ohio, a 5'11 WR who ran a 4.34, and caught everything they threw him, and free agents like adalious thomas and key releases to come the dolphins have a small but fleeting window to continue to sure up our team to try to get us into at least a wild card spot at like 9 and 7 this year. Because at this rate, with a draft that reeks more than the one in 98 or 99 when we drafted Lamar Fletcher DB with our first round pick, a guy that eneded working at winn dixie or walmart two years later, the ship is headed for a titanic like finish and it seems the boat dosent care, we are partying everywhere anyways.

Its sad but as a realist and a howard cossell admirer and a rich eisen looker up to kind of guy, I CAN BE THAT GUY, I CAN HANDLE THE TRUTH. Having to rely on a fourth round reach to save your draft brings tears to my overly masculine eyes. Thought Reshad Jones's Highlight film excites me because thats what we need, but i caution anyone can look like a hero on film. Im sure Ryan Leaf looked like a pearl before we got a glimpse behind the scenes. As a fan tho i do hope a couple of players read this and shut me up, but realisticly whose gonna do it. I hope Reshad does, but im ify on everyone in a draft that to me currently has us 32nd out of 32 teams.

When the lions, raiders, chiefs, rams, 49ers, seahawks,hom.. i mean jets, bills, and any othe rteam picks up big players that will be for sure pro bowlers like cj spiller, kyle wilson, vladimir ducasse, and rolando mcclain, you know we are in trouble. In a year that might see scab football spring up after it, it seems everyone has taken a damn the torpedos super bowl or bust mentality while our dolphins are going for "youthful, and building for a future". Well fellas i hate to break it to you... the future already began yesterday, get with the program.
