Forget about the Denver Broncos' future, and forget about Tim Tebow playing for a couple years.

Even if he ends up sitting on the sideline holding a clipboard and wearing a Motorola headset, he's still going to break records.

Sales records, that is.

After the Denver Broncos' drafted former Florida quarterback and two-time BCS Champion Tim Tebow with the 21st pick from the Baltimore Ravens, they were drafting a lot more then just a quarterback.

They were creating a new fanbase.

But they weren't the only ones who were going to cash in on the move.

Apparel makers will be sending out thousands of NFL jerseys this season and his No. 15 will be the most popular.

Already over the last 18 hours, "Tim Tebow Broncos Jersey" has been the most popular search term on Google, currently standing in a strong sixth place.

Love him or hate him, Tim Tebow is one of the most popular athletes in recent memory, his work ethic and accompishments make him an ideal favorite of the blue collar fan.

Sports apparel companies will be working overtime to meet the demand of thousands of customers looking for the new colors that the word "TEBOW" will be printed on.

Well, perhaps not so new colors, since the Broncos do wear orange and blue.

Let's just say that if the Broncos don't fare so well this upcoming NFL season, fear not—there will still be plenty of new Broncos fans to cheer on Tim Tebow's new team.

Perhaps it was a great idea to draft Tebow after all.

Divine intervention?

Of course, he is one mile closer to heaven.

Notes: Tony Romo's jersey was the most popular jersey sold in the last five years, which is understandable when you think about how large the Cowboys fan base is.
