Will Power Leads IndyCar Practice In Long Beach

Will Power was fastest on Friday in the first practice session for the IZOD IndyCar Series on the streets of Long Beach. Power set fast lap as he has most of the year winning practice sessions, poles and races this guy is making the most of his ride with Team Penske in the #12 Verizon car. Power ran a 1:11.4039 @ 99.221 mph ahead of last weeks winner at Barber Helio Castroneves, Scott Dixon, Ryan Briscoe and Dario Franchitti. Long Beach is one of the crown jewel's of Indycar racing as most would love to win at Long Beach just as much as Indy and the championship, its such a big race and event weekend in Long Beach, California. The race down to turn one on shoreline drive has seen so many great Indycar and Cart battles over the years and exciting racing.
