In a Perfect World: What I Would Do If I Fired Vince McMahon.

Greetings! Let me bring you up to speed.  I've just fired Vince McMahon and I have taken creative control over WWE.  This is how we will proceed. 

To starte, the PG rating has changed to a respectable TV-14.  However, we will not start doing stupid and harmful stunts that will danger the lives of the wrestlers.  There will be a balance.  We need to understand our audience.  The kids like the show, but so do adults.  We will not alieniate our fans and audience.

We need to get rid of the guest host segment on RAW.  It was ok at first but now it is just getting old.  The skits are not funny and whenever a host makes up matches there is no credibility.  As of now, we will have a GM on Raw.  Ted Dibiase Sr. will act as current GM until around Summerslam where we will have The Rock and Stone Cold duke it out to become the GM of RAW.  The loser will move to Smackdown.  In any case, it is a win/win situation. 

WWE needs to start respecting the women of WWE.  The Diva's division is in a poor state right now due to the lack of respect for the division.  We have a bunch of fueds equivalent of a middle school playground fight.  We will start caring about the Divas.  A ranking system will be put in place.  NXT will be replaced with a Divas show.  There will be no more "Piggy James" skits.  We will have real feuds. 

NXT rookies will be integrated into RAW and Smackdown! and will have managers.  Managers will also be assigned to those who have poor mic skills or those who need a better push.

The titles will be respected.  Wrestlers will earn titles and will not simply be given a title for no good reason then to shock people or for a celebrity to promote a movie. We will respect the current champions and previous title holders.  Honor the history of the belts. 

Wrestlers will be given a proper push.  Once a wrestler is pushed, they will not be suddenly pushed down the card and become a jobber.  Young talent will be mixed with the veterans.  The younger talent will be respected as well and not contstantly squashed.

I will listen to other ideas.  This is not a one man show.  We must have a flow of ideas and adapt to current trends but keep the tradition of WWE alive.

This is only the beginning.  Changes will be made and respect will be restored back to WWE.  I am open to your suggestions.
