This is the largest point spread this series has seen in quite some time, and with the way the Spurs have been playing lately we don’t really think it is justified. These games between the Texas rivals are almost hotly contested and in this series the underdog has achieved great success, covering in 19 of the last 28 meetings. This game is a possible first-round playoffs preview and we think that both teams will put their best foot forward and this one is also important for playoff seeding so there isn’t much of a chance that the Spurs mentally check out in this one. The Mavericks are always overvalued at home and they are just 10-29-1 ATS on this court this season.
