Auburn Recruiting Update: Top 12 Most Wanted
Auburn is in the midst of their most unusual recruiting seasons under head coach Tommy Tuberville in his 10 years at Auburn. The Tigers already have 19 commitments, which is by far the most they haveĀ ever had in July for an upcoming class.
So with Auburn filling their spots early and often, the available spots open are dwindling. This will force some players to make a decision soon, or the coaches to move on from some prospects already because they have filled their needs.
With Auburn already having 19 commits, they probably only have room for about 10 more kids for the 2009 class. Obviously, with non-qualifiers, that number will be dwindled down to 25 because of NCAA guidelines.
So here's a top 12 most wanted list for Auburn as of July 14, 2008. These are players that areĀ a combination of the best available and those showing genuine interest in Auburn.Ā (Best ranking availableĀ between Scout and Rivals)
