Can We Please Let Maya Moore Play Against The Men Now?

I grew up in Marietta, Georgia 20 minutes north of Atlanta and I remember specifically my junior year in high school going to the quarter finals and our girls team were playing against Collins Hill, Maya Moore's high school.

All I heard on the trip to the game was stories of this amazing girl that had the amount of hype that came along with guys like LeBron James and Kevin Garnett. She could dunk, she can play defense, she can make any shot on the court, she is big, fast and strong.

Personally I hate women's basketball it's boring and tasteless to me but once in a while players come along like Griner, Parker and Leslie but Maya Moore is truly in a league of her own.

When I say that she reminds me of Lebron James I don't just speak because of her dominance but also because of the way she plays it's so strong and so unstoppable and she is just so relentless even on a bad day. Someone help me get this girl into the NBA because she can take all of them and embarrass some of the game's best.

Every year she has been in school she has won a national championship. That's Tim Tebow-type dominance, she was robbed of a player of the year award her freshman year just for the legacy of Candace Parker.

How quickly we all forgot about Parker after we saw Moore step onto the hardwood. The girl has the sweetest shot in the world its along the lines with a guy like Kobe and it's that perfect.

Like I said I never watch or attempt to watch women's hoop but when Maya Moore is on television I am there! In all seriousness they could tell me to watch a WNBA and if I watch it for 30 minutes I would win a million dollars and I still wouldn't even check the TV guide to see if it was on.

So please understand that when I speak about Maya Moore I mean she is great! I want at least to see her play a few guys one-on-one. At least a match up against a guy like Steve Nash because if she even comes close to beating Nash, oh yeah she will be the real deal!
