Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts 3/26/10
Hereโs a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Ryan Anderson, Orlando Magic
Anderson had a strong showing against the Wolves with 19 points and 9 rebounds. It was a nice effort, but he shouldnโt be counted on in the fantasy playoffs.
Jrue Holiday, Philadelphia 76ers
Holiday continues to shine. He had 13 points, 12 assists, and 7 steals against the Hawks.
DeMar DeRozan, Toronto Raptors
DeRozan had 15 points against the Nuggets. Heโs not consistent enough to count on.
Alonzo Gee, Washington Wizards
Gee had 19 points against the Bobcats. I canโt endorse him at this point.
Jason Maxiell, Detroit Pistons
Maxiell had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Ben Wallace missed the game. Heโs a decent option down the stretch.
Yi Jianlian, New Jersey Nets
Yi dropped 31 points on the Pistons making 12 of 16 shots. Consistency is an issue with Yi, but heโs capable of having big games.
J.J. Hickson, Cleveland Cavaliers
Hickson had 20 points and 8 rebounds. Heโs averaging 17.7 and 8.3 over his past three games.
Leandro Barbosa, Phoenix Suns
Barbosa had 18 points against the Knicks. His production is too inconsistent to count on.
Bonus 3/25/10 Breakouts
Taj Gibson, Chicago Bulls
Gibson had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Heโs averaging 12.2 and 9.2 over his last five games.
Craig Smith, Los Angeles Clippers
Smith had 25 points and 10 rebounds. Heโs had flashes like this, but isnโt consistent or productive enough to count on.
