2:55 p.m; After a 2:50 p.m. tip off, Cornell has come out firing, they lead 6-0. Four points are coming from senior Ryan Wittman.

2:57 p.m; Cornell is 4/4; lead 8-0 on Jon Jacques jumper. Name is pronounced JAKES not JACKS, common mistake.

2:59 p.m; Jacques didn't play at all his first three seasons. He finally is getting some playing time this year. Seven points for John. He has two fouls, though.

3:01 p.m; Wittman missed a shot. However, an offensive rebound leads to a three for the senior, and the Big Red lead 14-4.

3:06 p.m; After a timeout; Cornell has four chances to score, finally has Jeff Foote fouled, shoots just 58 percent from the line. Hits both though, 16-4. Leuer responds 16-6.

3:08; Trevon Hughs picks up two fouls. Wittman scores to put them up 12, Leuer has nine with a three ball, Big Red lead 18-9.

3:14; Leuer has 12. Red lead 18-12. Mark Coury gets two. 20-12. I believe Coury is a transfer from UKentucky. As we speak, Bohanan get three 20-15. Red answer with two from Dale 22-15.

3:17; Teams are trading baskets. 24-19. Wisconsin has momentum, as Cornell takes time out. Cornell is still finding ways to score though.

3:20; Wisconsin is getting lots of chances with their rebonds. Lead is cut to 24-21 as Jeff Foote is fouled. 7:01 remains in the first half. Timeout. Now is a good time to let you know that you can/should leave comments, so we can get a conversation going here about the game.

Question: Which game are you most interested in watching today?

3:25: Cornell leads 28-21 on longggggg three-pointer from Wittman.

3:27; Only "good" underclassman Chris Wroblewski hits jumper. Wisconsin has seven fouls. Coury is at the line for two with 4:31 left in the game. Coury hits both.

3:29; Timeout. Around the tournament, three other games. Ohio St. leads Georgia Tech 28-26 at the half. Michigan St. has a 9 point lead against Maryland, as they score 48 in the first half. West Virginia up 29-25 with six seconds left in the first half.

3:33; Dale hits two free throw's on controversial foul.

3:35; Amazing sequence after Cornell draws offensive foul. They have three chances to score and finally do with a three from Wroblewski. Seconds after, Wisconsin gets an and-one to have a chance to cut the lead to nine. They do.

3:38; Trevon Hughs hits a three. Lead down to eight with a minute to go. Wroblewski gets a goal via goaltending.

3:39; Halftime! Cornell brings the lead back up to 12. Their highest of the game. They dominate, and lead 43-31. Will be back here at 3:59. LEAVE COMMENTS PLEASE!

3:57; We're back. Cornell is on top. The winner faces Kentucky in Syracuse on Thursday. QUESTION; Can Cornell beat Kentucky?

4:01; Halftime stats; Ryan Wittman has 14 for Cornell, John Leuer has 14 as well for the Badgers.

4:02; Each team has a three so far. 46-34. Bohanan hits another, 46-37.

4:04; Dale has three point play. 49-37; 17:30 left. Foot hits a banker, 51-37.

4:06; Nankivil has four fouls. Wroblewski hits a three, which is answered by a Wisconson two. Wittman gets two seconds after. Whewwww, a lot of scoring. Taylor is fouled and hits 1/2 foul shots.

4:08; Cornell has 56 points. Wisconsin allows 56 a game. 15:46 left, timeout.

4:13; Cornell pulling away, 61-46. Leuer gets a much needed two, followed by Cornell turnover.

4:15; TECHNICAL ON BO RYAN! Wittman hits 1/2. KEEP in mind that this might be the biggest Ivy league game in the past 20 or so years. Lead down to 13, 62-49.

4:18; It might be impossible to come back against Cornell. They will always make shots. There is no way to defend. 69-54.

4:19; "AND ONEEEEEEEE" could be heard from the moth of Louis Dale as he hits a layup while being fouled. Cornell pulling away. Timeout.

4:25; CORNELL UP 20! 74-54. Keep in mind that Wisconsin beat a slew of teams such as Duke, Michigan St., Maryland, Illinois, and Marquette, and more that aren't coming to me off the top of my head. They have beaten six teams in this year's tournament.

4:29; This one is basically in the books. Eight minutes left Cornell up 22.

4:32; And then it was 24.

4:36; Around the tournament...Ohio St. beats Georgia Tech. West Virginia up five with five left. Michigan St. up seven with four left. Kalin Lucas is injured in that one. Cornell up 20 with 5:30 left.

4:41 Cornell not letting up, with a 23 point lead. They have left both teams just embarrassed in both games.

4:45; 2:39 left, Cornell up 21. Louis Dale and Ryan Wittman both have 24!

4:49; Shot by CORY LUCIOUS for Michigan St., check spelling. Cornell up 20 with 1:30 left.

4:53; Cornell wins 87-69. SCORED 31 more points than Wisconsin allows usually. Moves on to face Kentucky, Thursday, at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse. I'm out. Thanks for reading.
