Tony Sparano's Son Joins UFL

The United Football League has announced the Hartford Colonials coaching staff on their official website.

Osia Lewis Defensive Coordinator

Tony Sparano Assistant Defensive Line

Although there were several interesting names in that list, one sticks out to me.

Tony Sparano.

Not the Dolphins head coach, the son.

Other than hair color, Sparano and Sparano Jr. are pretty similar. The both coach the line and they both started their coaching career in a low key.

Former Eagles special teams coordinator Ted Daisher will serve as the Colonials defensive line coach.

Former Houston Texans quarterback Dave Ragone, who played under Palmer in Houston, will serve as the Colonials receivers and quarterbacks coach.
