Jake Delhomme Visits With Saints

Jason La Canfora of NFL Network is reporting that former Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme will visit with the New Orleans Saints and the Cleveland Browns. Tom Silverstein of JS Online is reporting that the Broncos will also visit with Delhomme.

Here is a look at how Delhomme would fit on each team:

Saints: Delhomme seems interested in returning to New Orleans, where he started his NFL career.

Browns: With Brady Quinn likely out the door, Delhomme would compete with former Seahawks quarterback Seneca Wallace. The Browns appear unlikely to draft a quarterback in the first round.

Broncos: Delhomme would get a chance to compete with Kyle Ortan and possibly Chris Simms to start at quarterback.
