After the flurry of draft-day trades of players, draft picks, and cash, I have the final results all in one place. Here's the Northwest Conference. I also have the unsigned rookies (R) as well as restricted (RFA) and unrestricted (UFA) free agents.

Look out for an updated version as the free agent period begins tomorrow.

Denver Nuggets: The Nuggets traded their first selection to the Bobcats for a future first round pick. Later they traded their 2009 second round pick to Chicago for 39th pick Sonny Weems.

Portland Trail Blazers: The Blazers finished the day with five trades. They traded the rights to the 36th pick Omer Asik to the Bulls for two future second round picks, then traded rights to 27th pick Darrell Arthur, who they got from New Orleans, and 33rd pick Joe Dorsey to Houston for 19th pick Nicolas Batum.

In the biggest trade of the day, Portland sent Jarrett Jack and Josh McRoberts, as well as the rights to 13th pick Brandon Rush, to Indiana for 11th pick Jerryd Bayless and Ike Diogu. They also got a 2009 second round pick from the Clippers in exchange for rights to 55th pick Mike Taylor
