In Match Ramblings of Despondency...

Back to SD then, no more HD, but damn! Less than 10 min into the second half, and we are 3-0 down already... like in the Chelsea game, we didn't turn up for the big games when it mattered.

Walcott is on for Denilson on the hour mark; hopefully he'll run at the United defence and push them back a bit, but time's running out... not just in the match, but for fans too who desperately want silverware and boasting rights.

Arshavin skips past a Man Utd man, but his pass finds no one, but somehow, moments later, we have a corner. Free header to Walcott, but his header is straight at the defender. The ball is still in the box, all Arsenal players twisting and turning in the Man Utd box, but no luck.

Eboue has a throw in, but no one to throw it to, so he gives it to our sinking Spanish keeper, who makes a poor back pass, but luckily, Nani scuffs it. The commentator screams about Walcott's pace, but he is standing still, not sure what to do. Thankfully, our little Russian does, and we have 5 minutes and another corner. Vermaelen gets the header in but it remains 3-1. Moments later, we concede a corner, since we have no one defending any more.

Less than 3 min to go now. Arsenal have a corner. Quick, short, and ineffective.

Ooh - Bendtner crosses, Gallas heads wide. Methinks Arsenal should buy 2 defenders and make TV/TG combo our frontmen. They seem more dangerous up front than any of our frontmen.
