After the flurry of draft-day trades of players and draft picks and cash, I have the final results all in one place. Here's the Southeast Conference. I also have the unsigned rookies (R) as well as restricted (RFA) and unrestricted (UFA) free agents.

 

Atlanta Hawks: With no picks in 2008, the Hawks re-signed their coach and now look to resign some of their players.

Miami Heat: After trying to trade this pick, the Heat went with Michael Beasley at No. 2. They traded the draft rights of 52nd pick Darnell Jackson to Cleveland for a future second-round pick. Miami also acquired the rights to Mario Chalmers from Minnesota for two second-rounders in 2009.

Washington Wizards: The Wizards drafted Kansas State's Bill Walker with the 47th pick and traded him to Boston for cash considerations. 

UPDATE (6/30, 6:00 pm): Wizards resign Antawn Jamison to a 4 year, $44 million extension, keeping him off the free-agent market. 

7/3, 6 pm: Gilbert Arenas agrees to a 6 year, $111 million dollar deal.
