Kyle Busch: An Intimidating Factor In 2010

Kyle Busch is doggedly determined to win a SPRINT Cup championship for himself, JGR and Toyota in 2010.  His intimidating driving style may be compared to the late Dale Earnhardt Sr.

He wants to win any race he is in and finishing behind the winner does nothing more than annoy him.  In 2010 for Kyle, big picture racing is paramount.

Toyota has not had a SPRINT Cup championship.  Busch is poised to bring Toyota what they want.  Toyota expects his new effort with Kyle Busch Motorsports to not impede his chances.

In reference to winning the 2010 Cup championship, Kyle stated "there is no one more determined than I am".

Three factors are stabilizing this team.  Kyle is happy driving for JGR.  He was just signed to a multi-year contract with JGR and Mars, the primary sponsor, has extended their funding commitment.

This season Kyle will continue to drive in his intimidating manner if he has a car capable of winning.  Over-driving a car at any cost may be secondary this year.  Driving for a solid finish with a car incapable of winning will take on more importance.

Busch is now in his sixth full season of SPRINT Cup racing.  He completed three full seasons with Hendrick Motorsports when at the end of 2007 he was forced out to make room for Dale Earnhardt Jr.

He won the NATIONWIDE championship in 2009.  Kyle also had the most wins in a season during 2008 with 21 wins out of the three major NASCAR series.

This 24 year old is competitive to the max.  His teammates Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano have strong agendas as well. 

Hamlin is planning on a winning season and showed more aggressiveness toward the end of 2009.  He will be a threat to Busch, thus pushing him harder to secure a spot in the Chase.

Logano may come on strong with his driving talent and the composure of driver more experienced in the series.  His effect on Busch should not be one of distraction.

Kyle Busch Motorsports was formed for 2010 in the CAMPING WORLD TRUCK series.  He will field 2 and possibly 3 trucks providing he can obtain sponsorship.  Being an owner is tough and this could be the only chink in Kyle's armor.

Busch is young with undeniable driving ability.  His future will include one or more SPRINT Cup championships.  He thrives under pressure and 2010 promises to have plenty of that for this young man.

Kyle is a Taurean, born on May 2nd.  Those born under the sign of the bull are known to have a stubborn trait which is a positive for him.   He won't accept less than the best from himself.  He is driven to win races.

Kyle is from Las Vegas, the city known for it's winners and losers.  Kyle is a winner and losing is not an option for him.

In 2010, Kyle Busch will be an intimidating factor with the SPRINT Cup championship foremost on his mind.
