Lane Kiffen in April, 2008 took the job as the Tennesse Volunteer's head football coach. He was previously the head coach for the disastourous Oakland Raiders. They had no success and Al Davis smashed his future as a Raider Head coach, by firing him.

Kiffen talked big all season long. Then only left his fans to be dissapointed in their new head coach. He basically guarented a win against the Florida Gators, by saying,"I can't wait to sing Rocky Top all night long after we beat Florida''. Kiffen finished the season as a 7-6 team. Not to shabby, is the fans first reaction. But if you guarrunte to beat florida you better have at least  nine wins.

Lane also called out Urban Meyer by accusing him of cheating. Lane said that Urban called their top recruit on Tennesse's campus. Than he made a point that coaches can't call recruits while visiting another team's campus. It was investagated by the NCAA and no such alligation was found.

About nine months later, Lane Kiffen shockingly left Tennesse hanging with no head coach and left to go to USC, which was recently abandoned by its head coach Pete Carroll. Lane Kiffin than called up all his recruit's for tennesse and tried to lure them back into his system at USC. I talked to Tennesse fan, Joey Thraen and he commented,''I want nothing to do with Lane Kiffen no more, he just builds people up and lets them down. I hope USC sucks''.

Although Joey and many fans now hate Lane many new USC fans love him I talked to USC fan, Jim Thraen and all he had to say was,'' WWWWWWOOOOOwwwwwwwww!!''. Lane will continue his career as head coach tonight, January 13 he will be introduced as head coach for a different team for the third time in 3 years.
