Carlos Dunlap entering draft

As expected, Florida junior DE Carlos Dunlap has decided to enter the 2010 NFL Draft.  (ESPN)  Dunlap automatically becomes on of the to defensive ends int he draft.  Most mock projections, according to the NFL Mock Draft Database, have Dunlap in the Top 12.  Dunlap’s entry was not a real surprise.  (GatorSports)

I wouldn’t be the person or the player I am today without them and the other coaches who have helped me along the way.”

Draft Dog has Dunlap ranked 1st overall at DE.  FF Jungle has him listed #2 behind DE Derrick Morgan.   Walter’s Football lists him 4th behind Morgan, Greg Hardy, and Eversen Griffin.

Dunlap had 39 tackles, 11 for loss of yards last season.  He also added 9.5 sacks.  Dunlap had 9.5 sacks in 2008 as well and is considered a strong, pretty quick pass rusher.
