Blake Griffin was selected number one overall in the draft this previous summer, but hasn't touched the hardwood yet this season. Blake Griffin, look to be the same Blake he was in college playing in the Summer league and the NBA preseason games.

Then he injured his knee, had surgery and hasn't played a game since.

The Clippers big men was cleared to do basketball activity but he was limited. Blake can now work on his shot, which he lacked in college and he can start working that knee out but not as much.

Griffin said "And the closer I get, the more and more I want to get out there and actually play."

Griffin has been out for at least two months now and considering that the Clippers need his help, he is eager to get on the floor. The current time line is showing that Griffin could possible make his debut in late January, which is in two weeks.

Happy day for all Clippers fan, if you seen the way he played when he was healthy. Being that this is Griffins first injury, Griffin stated "I can't do too much, only what I'm allowed to. So I do exactly what the doctors tell me I can, and nothing more. It's important to take my time and not rush it. I don't want to have anymore setbacks."

There is no rush for Griffin because we expect him to come out rusty, however the Clippers need his enthusiasm and energy on the floor to achieve and compete at high levels
