It's Official, Philip Rivers Is Mr. December!

   In the seventies one man emerged onto the scene that caught the attention of a nation! His incredible performances earned him a nickname that still lives in the hearts of many sports fans today.  Ladies and gentleman! The one and only....Mr. October....Reggie Jackson!

  The infamous Mr. October became a bigger than life hero that trickled into every sport, every fan in America and abroad. Reggie was bigger than life. His play when it counted (playoffs in October) has earned him a place in history and in the hearts of millions of Americans.

  Twenty five years later (give or take a year) their's another athlete that has emerged on the scene. An athlete that has dominated in the month of December like no other in history. In fact, only one other athlete has equaled the stats; but not in the important month of December. His name, Bob Griese. His rule came in the month of November...

  SO! After is all is said and done PHILIP RIVERS Of the San Diego Chargers is officially named "MR. DECEMBER!" His accomplishment over the last four years in the month of December have never been matched. His numbers are as impressive as any QB in the NFL yet he like the Chargers lack the respect of the rest of the Nfl and their fan base.... (some experts and fans with a honest, knowledgeble opinion will give both the credit due)
