Bucks Will Play on Throwback Court Design in 'Return to the MECCA' Game
The Milwaukee Bucks reconstructed their old "MECCA" court inside UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena for Thursday's game against the Boston Celtics.
The Bucks replicated Robert Indiana's loud design that debuted in the Milwaukee Exposition, Convention Center and Arena in 1977. They also unveiled throwback uniforms for the special occasion.

The NBA's Twitter account offered more images of the court.
According to Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the team adjusted to the different court Wednesday.
"Being on this floor that has a lot of history—Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Oscar Robertson, a lot of players played on this floor—I'm excited for tomorrow's game," Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo said. "It takes a little bit of time to get used to (the court) because it's kind of bright. That's why we practiced today here so we can get used to it, but I love it."
Per Velazquez, the 22-year-old superstar has a simple plan for commemorating the franchise's rich history.
"I'm just going to try to do what Kareem did," he said. "Get buckets."
