MLB All-Star Voting 2017: Leaders, Standings and Updated Results
Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals and Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees are all but certain to be in their respective leagues' lineups when the starters for the 88th All-Star Game are announced Sunday night.
Both players are the leading vote-getters in the National League and American League, respectively. The All-Star Game is scheduled for July 11 and will be played at Marlins Park in Miami. The winner of this year's game will not get home-field advantage for their league in the World Series.
That practice came into play after the 2002 All-Star Game ended in a tie when both teams ran out of pitchers. That embarrassment pushed then-commissioner Bud Selig to give the All-Star Game added importance by giving the winning league homefield advantage in the World Series.

That policy was met by criticism and ridicule, and MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred has put an end to it.
The starters will be announced at 7 p.m. ET, and that event will be televised by ESPN.
Harper had more than 3.6 million votes at the last full National League update Monday, while Judge had more than 3.4 million votes in the American League update.
Here's a look at the latest vote totals, per Matt Snyder of CBSSports.com.
A partial update was provided by Joe Trezza of the league's official site on Thursday, highlighting a couple of positional races. Corey Dickerson of the Tampa Bay Rays had bypassed Nelson Cruz of the Seattle Mariners at the designated hitter position.
Cruz had a lead of nearly 100,000 votes in the Monday update, but Dickerson had shot by him and gained a 60,000 vote advantage by the time Trezza's article was published.
Miguel Sano of the Minnesota Twins was shown to have a slight lead at third base over Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Indians in Thursday's report.
On the National League side, Nolan Arenado of the Colorado Rockies had passed Kris Bryant of the Chicago Cubs to move into the starting position at the hot corner.
Salvador Perez of the Kansas City Royals is the likely starter for the American League at catcher. Teammate Eric Hosmer has the lead at first base, with Justin Smoak of the Toronto Blue Jays on his heels.
The Houston Astros' Jose Altuve and Carlos Correa are leading at second base and shortstop, respectively.
Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels is second in the American League All-Star voting among outfielders, but he will not be able to play because of a thumb ligament injury. George Springer of the Astros and Michael Brantley of the Indians are respectively in third and fourth place, and those two are likely to start next to the sluggling Judge.
Buster Posey has been the lone bright spot for the San Francisco Giants this year, and he appears locked in as the NL starter at catcher.
Ryan Zimmerman of the Nationals has a lead over Anthony Rizzo of the Cubs at first base, while Daniel Murphy of the Nats is the likely starter at second base.
Zack Cozart of the Cincinnati Reds had a somewhat surprising lead of approximately 250,000 votes over Corey Seager of the Los Angeles Dodgers at shortstop.
Harper is likely to be joined by Charlie Blackmon of the Rockies and Marcell Ozuna of the Miami Marlins in the National League outfield.
Jason Heyward and Ben Zobrist of the Cubs appear to be within reach of Ozuna, as does Giancarlo Stanton of the Marlins and Matt Kemp of the Atlanta Braves.
