Squirrel Runs Amok on Progressive Field, Pauses Indians-Twins Game

Way to steal the spotlight!

The action in Saturday's Cleveland Indians-Minnesota Twins matchup took a back seat when a squirrel ran onto Progressive Field in the sixth inning.

The squirrel ran rampant across the infield grass, eventually making its way to home plate.

Umpires put the game on pause as members of the stadium crew did their best to chase it down. Meanwhile, the crowd understandably cheered, laughed and got some priceless phone footage. 

However, even that little interruption couldn't throw off Twins starter Jose Berrios, who tossed 7.1 innings of two-hit ball in the 4-1 win.
