The 28-year-old enjoyed an excellent campaign with the Serie A champions, scoring five goals and six assists. Squawka provided his other numbers:

GianlucaDiMarzio's David Amoyal reflected on his form and the loss he'll be to Juventus:
Their loss could be Chelsea's gain if he can replicate that form again next season rather than endure a repeat of his first few months at Stamford Bridge.
Along with Willian, Eden Hazard and Pedro, the Blues now have an array of wide options to call upon.
Conte is familiar with Cuadrado's talents and will have seen plenty of him while he was Italy's manager by attending Juventus matches. He may well get the best out of Cuadrado.
