Wright Struggling to Shake Injury Bug

Any physical setback is a concerning one for Wright, especially since he played in only 10 games last year because of injuries.

When healthy, Wright is a dangerous playmaker who is quick and athletic in the open field and fast enough to beat cornerbacks in one-on-one press coverage at the line of scrimmage. He finished with 408 receiving yards and three touchdown catches last year during those 10 games, but he topped 1,000 yards in 2013 and scored a career-high six touchdowns in 2014.

The Titans will miss the 2012 first-round pick in the aerial attack if he is forced to sit out more games, but they have other pass-catching options.

Harry Douglas has a 1,000-yard season on his resume (2013), and Rishard Matthews posted career highs with 662 receiving yards and four touchdown receptions last year. The Titans also signed veteran Andre Johnson to bolster the group.

Outside of those wide receivers, tight end Delanie Walker led the Titans with 1,088 receiving yards and six touchdowns last year and is a game-changing presence at his position.
